We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate Development team in Lisbon.

As our company is growing its footprint in Lisbon, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive and supervise the preparation, execution and handovers of our projects.

We operate in the
- end residential segment, so previous experience in managing projects with construction value of €10M+ is a must.

Requirements for the position include, but are not limited to:

• Experience in managing projects with construction value of €10M+.
• Native or fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English - both written and spoken.
• Proven track record in managing the entire life cycle of the construction - from project preparation to handover to end client.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures related to the different stages of construction.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Must be based in Lisbon or Lisbon area.
