At Randstad we are looking to find a real estate development project manager to be part of Invego’s Team.

Invego is a Real Estate Development Company specializing in both commercial and residential projects. In the Algarve the company chose to develop a “sanctuary where nature and architecture exist in perfect balance”

  Overall coordination of residential real estate development projects;
  
  
  
  

  Liaison with contractors, subcontractors, local authorities, and inspection entities;
  
  
  
  

  Management oftenders and contract awards;
  
  
  
  

  Monitoring ofconstruction progress, ensuring deadlines, quality, and legal compliance.

  University degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant equivalent);
  
  
  
  

  Solid professional background in large construction companies or real estate development firms;
  
  
  
  

  Provenexperience managing
  - to
  - scale development projects;
  
  
  
  

  Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  
  
  
  

  High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written);
  
  
  
  

  Self-driven, proactive, and
  - oriented mindset;
  
  
  
  

  Residency in, or willingness to relocate to, the Silves area (Algarve).
