Thales Portugal is seeking a Project Manager to join our team and lead complex technical projects processes. This role is critical to coordinating multidisciplinary teams, overseeing planning and execution, and ensuring full compliance with financial, technical, and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycles from planning to delivery
• Define, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and risks
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and contractual standards
• Financial management of the project

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Availability to travel when required
• IPMA certification (preferred)
