What is this challenge about:

• Act as the main point of contact during the integration of the respective services with external clients.
• Analyze functional and technical documentation, support client testing, troubleshoot identified errors, and assist in their resolution.
• Analyze client test results, identify issues based on technical and functional documentation, and propose solutions or corrective actions.
• Serve as the main liaison between the client, ensuring all project requirements are met, timelines are respected, and deliverables align with the client’s business goals.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Manage expectations, resolve issues, and propose solutions in a proactive manner.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate potential challenges proactively to stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience with
  - commerce platforms like Shopify, Presta
  Shop, or Woo
  Commerce is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Skilled at managing client expectations and handling challenging situations constructively.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt to project or client needs.
• Experience in the financial or payments sector and/or with digital solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strategic vision and prioritizing effectively.
• Living in Lisbon (Hybrid role).
