We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager – Retail IT Projects to join our IT organisation and lead key technology initiatives that directly impact our stores, customers, and business performance.

As a Project Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects within a retail environment—ensuring they meet business objectives, are delivered on time, and bring measurable value.

You will work closely with stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, and commercial teams, helping shape solutions that enhance customer experience and operational excellence.

This is a unique opportunity to join at the early stage of our Hub creation and influence how we deliver projects across multiple regions.

What you’ll do

• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables with key stakeholders
• Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution
• Manage project changes, risks, and dependencies
• Track and report project performance using best‑practice tools and methodologies
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and drive measurable retail impact
• Foster continuous improvement in project delivery processes

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, ideally in retail
• Strong understanding of retail operations, systems, and processes
• Proven success in delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification (nice to have)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
