About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in modernizing our customer interactions through new digital channels, including the Customer Portal and Web Shop. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across geographies, driving impactful digital commerce projects that enhance user experience and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and rollout of digital commerce initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, IT, and local project managers.
• Optimize digital channels to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Assist in integrating Salesforce solutions for a 360º customer view.
• Contribute to the global digital transformation strategy at Ascendum.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of experience in project management (preferably in e‑commerce or digital transformation).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• A team player with a passion for digital innovation and customer‑centric solutions.
