Responsibilities – Build Side

• Organize and facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint rituals, and PI planning.
• Support planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming according to business needs.
• Co‑create an autonomous team culture that continually improves processes and delivery.
• Coordinate between technical and business stakeholders to keep the vision on track.
• Ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities – Run Side

• Monitor progress, identify blockers, and raise risks when necessary.
• Report on planning, delays, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
• Support issue resolution and help teams navigate organizational obstacles.
• Maintain efficient communication with sponsors and leadership.
• Track project KPIs, documentation, and follow‑up.

Background

You have 3–5 years of experience in demanding Agile or IT project delivery environments, a passion for facilitating team performance, and a continuous innovation mindset.

Expertise & Qualifications

• Agile project management, Jira, ETL, and database concepts.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and delivery processes.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and manage communication between stakeholders.

Language Skills

• English – C1
• Portuguese – C1
• French – knowledge desired.
