We are looking for Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, who will be responsible for leading strategic projects, ensuring continuous value delivery and promoting agile maturity within teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate between traditional and agile approaches, acting as a catalyst for organizational change and facilitator of
- performance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the framing of projects:
  
  goals, scope, dependencies and ROI;
  
  
• Build robust roadmaps and governance structures;
  
  
• Facilitate execution through iterative and ceremonial agile approaches;
  
  
• Support teams in adopting Scrum/Kanban/SAFe best practices;
  
  
• Manage technical and business stakeholders with a focus on value;
  
  
• Monitor KPIs, risks, budget and team performance;
  
  
• Align solutionswith enterprise architecture and operating model;
  
  
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Licenciatura em Engenharia, Gestão, Sistemas de Informação ou área similar;
  
  
• Mínimo 10 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos ou como Scrum Master;
  
  
• Experiência em ambientes híbridos (presencial e remoto) e multiculturais;
  
  
• Certificações relevantes (PMP, CSM/PSM, SAFe, Prince2, etc. );
  
  
• Capacidade comprovada de liderança de equipas técnicas e funcionais;
  
  
• Fluência em inglês e domínio de ferramentas colaborativas (Jira, Planner, etc. ).

• Relevant Master's or postgraduate degree;
  
  
• Experience in regulated industries (e. G. banking, healthcare, energy);
  
  
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Target Operating Model (TOM);
  
  
• Facilitation, coaching and agile transformation skills.
