Tasks

• Lead
  -
  - end Service
  Now implementation and enhancement projects.
• Coordinate
  - functional teams to deliver
  - impact solutions.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
• Identify risks and proactively manage issues to successful resolution.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing Service
  Now projects.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, or other Service
  Now modules.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
