This opportunity focuses on the supply and delivery of O&U projects within a defined project scope, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal standards. The Project Manager Supply will lead the execution, from project
- off through final installation and handover, securing quality, cost, and timeline objectives. Key elements of the opportunity include:
- Early alignment through equipment KOM and clear definition of project specifications.
- Risk Assessment and QIP execution to mitigate potential issues and guarantee compliance.
- Cost monitoring and control to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Oversight of Runoff, internal qualification, and FAT, securing performance validation before shipment.
- Coordination of logistics, shipment, and site installation activities, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Your Mission
As Project Manager Supply, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the execution of
- related projects from start to end, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. You will act as the key interface between internal teams, driving alignment and execution at every stage of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and lead project Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) to align all stakeholders on project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage and validate project specifications, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.
- Drive the Risk Assessment process and perform the Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) to mitigate risks and secure quality.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Ensure that Runoff and internal qualification tests are completed in accordance with project timelines and quality requirements.
- Manage and coordinate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up on shipment and site installation activities, ensuring smooth handover to customer.
Your Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable working in
- paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities and challenges. - Fluency in English is mandatory
- Strong engineering background with formal training or certification in project management (e. g. , PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) (preferable).
- Knowledge of CAD environment (Auto
CAD). - Teamwork ability.
- Availability for
- term business trips globally. - Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio and Systems design is a plus
