About the role

As a Project Output Manager, you play a central role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of complex high‑tech systems. You will take ownership of delivery performance, coordinating daily operations across Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain. You’ll manage resources, solve technical challenges, address risks, and keep projects on track, while driving continuous improvements to optimise processes and team collaboration.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, production, or operations within high‑tech or complex manufacturing.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive results.
• Strong communication (English) and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic and international environment.
