We are currently looking for a **Project Portfolio Manager** to join our **Airspace Mobility Solution****s** team!**Requirements:*** Graduated in the fields of Management or Engineering;* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Portfolio Management or 5 years’ experience managing complex projects or business processes;* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritize resources across multiple projects;* Enjoys working within an Agile team and thrives in a challenging environment requiring reactivity and resourcefulness;* Knowledge of Portuguese and English;* Knowledge of Air Traffic Management systems and technologies (nice to have). **Responsibilities:*** Manage and optimize the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization and alignment with the unit’s strategy and performance targets (including EBIT);* Lead customer liaison activities, including driving negotiations when required;* Manage, mentor, and develop the team of project managers, setting both team and individual objectives;* Monitor and control project execution through proper governance and control mechanisms, ensuring timely and effective delivery;* Drive continuous process improvement and ensure full compliance with Thales Group’s rules and Code of Ethics across all projects.
