Are you highly organized,
- oriented, and ready to support
- scale construction projects? We are seeking a Project/Procurement Administrator to provide vital administrative, coordination, and document management support within our Large Project Area team. This role is key to ensuring smooth project execution, effective communication, and compliance across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by coordinating meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Manage project documentation (contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders) while ensuring compliance with document control procedures and digital filing systems.
- Support project reporting by preparing dashboards, progress updates, and executive summaries, and facilitate communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in administrative support, ideally within construction or infrastructure projects.
- Good understanding of project management processes and documentation lifecycles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational and
- orientation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a
- paced environment.
