Requirements (Must have)

• Degree preferably Information Technology, Software, Electrical and Computer Engineering
• Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment
• Critical analysis capacity focused on resolving blocking points
• Ability to actively engage in project execution, participating in a practical/ operational way to ensure its implementation and success (i. e. , 'go the extra mile' and 'make it happen')
• Ability to make decisions and align multiple stakeholders with different visions/ interests.
• Ability to unblock constraints and unforeseen issues that arise during the project by initiating and executing parallel workstreams.
• Ability to adapt in a constantly changing context, within a dynamic and
  - paced environment.
• Experience in project management in complex and multinational environments/ organizations.

Nice to have

• Degree in Management and/or experience in management consultancy
