Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

For our offices in Rio de Mouro, we are looking for a Project SAP Assistant to support the Electra Project (12-month contract). The role will focus mainly on supporting the project team in an international context, particularly during the phase of transitioning from local systems to SAP.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Support the project team in an international context, ensuring effective communication in English during meetings and interactions;
• Preparation of presentations and guidelines in Portuguese, based on information previously provided by corporate in English, as well as communication and
  - up with the teams;
• Support in training Contact Centers teams with SAP implementation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in SAP tools (mandatory);
• Previous experience with SAP orders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel and Power
  Point (mandatory);
• Proficient or native level of English (mandatory);
• Responsibility, proactivity and
  - solving skills;
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good interpersonal communication
