Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

For our offices in

Rio de Mouro

, we are looking for a

Project SAP Assistant

to support the Electra Project

(12-month contract)

. The role will focus mainly on

supporting the project team in an international context

, particularly during the phase of transitioning from

local systems to SAP.

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Support the project team in an international context, ensuring effective communication in English during meetings and interactions;
  
  
  
  
• Preparation of presentations and guidelines in Portuguese, based on information previously provided by corporate in English, as well as communication and
  - up with the teams;
  
  
  
  
• Support in training Contact Centers teams with SAP implementation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in SAP tools (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Previousexperience with SAP orders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel and Power
  Point (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Proficient ornative level of English (mandatory);
  
  
  
  
• Responsibility, proactivity and
  - solving skills;
  
  
  
  
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and good interpersonal communication
