You will support Vanderlande, a leading provider of innovative products and solutions in airport logistics, by creating and managing precise project schedules. Our portfolio includes baggage and cargo handling equipment, advanced logistics software, and comprehensive maintenance services for renowned airports and airlines worldwide.

What are the Responsibilities?
As a Project Scheduler, you will:
- Coordinate all internal disciplines to meet schedule targets, ensuring alignment with organizational and project scheduling guidelines.
- Develop and detail project schedules, incorporate changes, and maintain a reliable resource‑loaded schedule.
- Communicate schedule information with customers, consortium partners, internal support functions (Engineering, Procurement, Claims Management, Supply Chain, QM&EHS, etc. ), suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Publish high‑level integrated master schedules, manage critical path updates, and track progress for multiple key projects.
- Create tracking reports for various management levels and de‑conflict resources across project teams.
- Support program improvements and collaborate with subcontractors and customers on scheduling matters.
Main Tasks
- Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal functions on schedule information and document submissions.
- Publish high‑level master schedules.
- Show strong organizational and communication skills.
- Create comprehensive Project Schedules in MS‑Project and Primavera P6.
- Gather status information, monitor schedule progress, and update baselines for change orders.
- Track multiple key projects and tasks.
- Maintain a reliable resource‑loaded schedule.
- Create tracking reports for management.
- Plan workload for multiple project teams and resolve resource conflicts.
- Contribute to program improvements.
- Work with project subcontractors and customers at the scheduling level.
Qualifications And Training Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS‑Office, MS‑Project, Microsoft Visio.
- High or proven experience with Primavera P6.
- English language skills – B2 level minimum.
- Additional languages (German, Spanish) valued.
- Two (2) years of experience as a Project Scheduler handling several projects simultaneously.
- Two (2) years of MS‑Project scheduling experience; Primavera P6 experience is a plus.
- International project experience valued.
- Willingness to travel to international projects.
