The Role

We’re looking for a highly organized,
- oriented, and proactive Project Manager to help us drive our product development in collaboration with a dedicated software development agency. You’ll coordinate closely between internal leadership and external development teams, ensuring projects meet strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from concept through delivery with the development agency.

• Develop, monitor, and refine project timelines and milestones.

• Act as the primary communication bridge between Brainmanager. io and the agency’s tech leads, designers, and developers.

• Continuously improve workflows using agile, scrum, or hybrid methodologies.

• Conduct risk assessments and resolve issues proactively.

• Report on project progress and outcome alignment with business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in Saa
S, AI, or within
- focused agencies.

• Proven track record managing technical and/or creative teams.

• Experience coordinating projects with external development partners or agencies is a strong plus.

• Strong familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Notion, Click
Up, Monday.com, etc. ).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Agile/Scrum knowledge; adaptability to hybrid or custom workflows.

• Bonus: Background in AI/ML, software development, or UX/UI.
