Key Responsibilities:

• Property Listings: Work closely with homeowners to list properties for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive listings on MLS and other platforms.
  
• Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to determine competitive pricing and positioning for listed properties.
  
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, offering expert advice on staging, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  
• Showings & Open Houses: Organize and host property showings and open houses, showcasing properties to potential buyers.
  
• Negotiation & Sales: Handle offers, counteroffers, and negotiations, ensuring a smooth transaction from listing to closing.
  
• Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies, including online listings, social media, print media, and more, to generate maximum exposure for properties.
  
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, including contracts, disclosures, and other legal documentation.
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required. We provide training and mentorship to help you succeed.
  
• Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid real estate license in Portugal.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously with attention to detail.
  
• Self-Motivated: A driven,

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with real estate listing platforms, CRM systems, and social media tools.
  
• Must speak Portuguese and English.
