- site role for an Office & Operations Assistant located in Lisbon. The Office & Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, assisting in operations management, and providing excellent customer service. Tasks include coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, managing office supplies, and supporting various team activities. The role involves both administrative and operational duties to ensure smooth business functions.

Proficiency in office software and technology tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
