Property Manager & Guest Experience

At YUP, we believe finding a home should be simple. We manage modern student living spaces in Lisbon and Évora, offering comfort, practicality, and community.

We’re looking for a motivated team member to support daily operations and ensure a great experience for all our guests.

Main Responsibilities

• Support guests throughout their stay;
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and operations teams;
• Organize site visits for potential clients;
• Handle daily requests and feedback;
• Use digital tools for communication and task management;
• Suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service;
• Proactive, reliable, and organized;
• Comfortable with hands‑on or practical tasks;
• Able to travel within the Lisbon/Évora area.
