We're looking for a motivated

Intern

to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for all our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support guests throughout their stay;
  
  
• Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and operations teams;
  
  
• Organize site visits for potential clients;
  
  
• Handle daily requests and feedback;
  
  
• Use digital tools for communication and task management;
  
  
• Suggest improvements to enhance service quality.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
  
  
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service;
  
  
• Proactive, reliable, and organized;
  
  
• Comfortable with
  - on or practical tasks;
  
  
• Able to travelwithin the Lisbon/Évora area.
