About the role
The Property Manager oversees a portfolio of

- term rentals, ensuring operational excellence, meticulous property care, and owner satisfaction. Ideal for a
- oriented, highly organised professional experienced in managing properties at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Property Standards & Preventative Care
- Keep properties in excellent condition
- round (guest-ready and
- season). - Schedule routine checks (meter readings, mail collection, airing, etc. ).
- Ensure utilities, subscriptions, and essential services run without disruption.
- Approve preventative maintenance plans and seasonal servicing.
Inventory & Administrative Oversight
- Maintain accurate inventories; delegate audits where needed.
- Sign off on restocking/replacements based on team reports.
- Maintain precise records (keys, damages, maintenance logs, contractor access).
- Approve expenses and monitor
- property budgets.
Contractor & Issue Management
- Manage relationships with maintenance providers and trades.
- Oversee escalated issues; secure owner approvals as required.
- Control contractor access and verify
- party quality via team reporting.
Process Optimisation & Reporting
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across ops.
- Produce monthly reports on activity, open issues, and performance.
- Align closely with the Operations Lead / General Manager.
What We're Looking For (Essentials)
- Proven experience managing multiple premium properties or hospitality assets.
- Strong organisational and communication skills; calm under pressure.
- Tech-comfortable (PMS/CRM tools; spreadsheets; task systems).
- Valid driver's license and ability to conduct site visits.
- Availability for occasional

- hours escalations during high season.
Salary & Contract
- Vencimento base: 1. 320€
- Subsídio de alimentação: 9, 60€ por dia, em cartão Coverflex
