Profile We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who is proactive, organized, and accountable. This is a
- on role that spans all aspects of the business, involving both indoor and outdoor activities. The Property Manager will participate in strategic meetings with the Unlimit team, contribute to the fundraising process, offer input on the product development roadmap, and manage relationships with all service providers—from laundry crews to construction contractors and architects. This role also includes managing communication with companies and families, and assisting with the ongoing integration of AI tools for guest communications.
Responsibilities:
Guest Relations and Sales
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth experience from booking through to checkout.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and issues.
- Manage bookings and upsell additional services to maximize revenue.
- Maintain high guest satisfaction through a strong “customer-first” approach.
Property Management and Maintenance
- Oversee the upkeep and presentation of properties, ensuring they are always
- ready. - Coordinate and supervise cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Source quotes and manage vendor relationships for repairs, renovations, or upgrades.
- Conduct property inspections and proactively resolve any issues.
Product Development
- Identify and support product development needs.
- Contribute to the development of our proprietary AI guest communication system by specifying requirements and updating the AI database (training provided).
- Coordinate with service providers in the development of a new website.
- Assist the Unlimit team in reviewing and enhancing the company’s growth strategy.
- Support market research and
- making for international expansion.
Expansion
- Manage and support contractors and architects in the construction of new units (Portugal).
- Assist in the full lifecycle from property acquisition to renovation.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts alongside the management team.
Accounting and Reporting
- Manage monthly invoicing and vendor/staff payments.
- Submit required statistical reports to government authorities (e. g. , guest data).
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records.
Operations Management
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and
- effectiveness. - Identify and implement improvements to elevate guest experiences and streamline operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Interests: A strong interest in real estate, property management, hospitality, retreat spaces, or related fields is essential.
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong
- solving ability and
- oriented mindset. - Effective at managing vendors and negotiating quotes.
- Basic accounting knowledge or a willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Attitude: Self-driven, positive, and capable of working independently.
Availability: Willingness to work
