Role Overview
We are seeking a
- oriented Delivery Lead to support our Professional Services team by collecting, organizing, and reporting data that drives
- making and operational efficiency. Your work will provide the essential foundation for
- driven strategies that optimize revenue and enhance service delivery within the PS Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable insights by consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources (CRM, PSA, project management tools, and internal databases) to support leadership in making informed decisions about Professional Services activities.
- Ensure data quality and reliability by maintaining a high standard of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through regular validation and cleansing processes.
- Facilitating proper utilization of various tools employed by the PS teams for data recording. Experience in integrating systems and managing technology transitions is a plus.
- Empower teams with reporting by developing and maintaining standardized reports and dashboards that track key Professional Services and revenue metrics, enabling stakeholders to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Align data initiatives with business needs by collaborating with
- functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data collection and reporting solutions support strategic objectives. - Promote transparency and efficiency by documenting data sources, processes, and reporting workflows, making it easier for team members to access, understand, and reproduce data analyses.
- Accelerate insights through automation by supporting data integration efforts and implementing automation to streamline data collection and reporting, reducing manual work and speeding up access to critical information.
- Safeguard sensitive information by upholding strict confidentiality and security standards, ensuring all business data is handled in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business data reporting, financial reporting, or a similar
- focused role, preferably within a Saa
S or technology environment. - Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI etc.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and
- technical team members. - Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e. g. , Salesforce) and data integration tools.
- Experience working within Revenue Operations or Professional Services teams.
- Knowledge of data governance and best practices in data management.
