Your role as Customer Support Specialist

You will be expected to:

• Provide customer support to hosts and guests (especially to our Portuguese and Spanish clientele)
• Communicate with hosts and guests through ticketing systems by phone, whatsapp, chat and email
• Educate hosts;
  
  
• Answer queries from hosts and guests and give them advices to help them solve different situations
• The goal is to ensure satisfaction of hosts and guests and to be their guide while using Flatio

We are looking for a person that is necessarily:

• Fluent/native-level in European Portuguese (C2)
• Fluent in Spanish (B2 is the minimum)
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher)
• Available also during some weekends
• Customer support oriented
• Detail-oriented and thorough
• Engaged and
  - working
• Self-responsible and independent
• Open to learning new things
• Able to see a broader context
• Honest, straightforward and team player
• Positive about online technologies

You have a big advantage if you:

• Have experience from a call center
• Know your way around Hub

What we offer

• We are a small team in number of employees and a big one with the goals we have.
• Part-time job (80 - 100 hours/month). The number of hours is approximate and can be adjusted by agreement with the team leader, potentially exceeding 100 hours per month.
• The working hours are between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm CET, established by mutual agreement.
• Freelancer contract
• Remote work
• 9€ per hour (7€ during the training period which will last for 2 months);
  
  +20% for shifts during weekends and +30% for shifts during holidays
• In case the agent is following our rules and reaches our benchmarks, we also offer special rewards and salary growth.
