A Public Area Attendant is responsible for cleaning public areas and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.

What will I be doing?

As a Public Area Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning public areas of the hotel and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Public Area Attendant will also be required to manage guest requests. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean public areas of the hotel
• Vacuum and clean restaurant/bar, lobby and corridors
• Stock housekeeping offices with clean linen
• Collect all dirty linen and deliver it to the service door
• Clean rooms and attend guest requests when needed
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
