We are hiring: Purchase Administrative Officer (English-speaking) Join our team and support the purchasing administration for multiple subsidiaries collaborating with SSC Portugal. Key Responsibilities: Manage the administrative side of purchasing processes; Issue and send invoices to customers in line with their billing specifications; Validate supplier invoices according to country-specific requirements; Ensure end-to-end follow-up of processes until payment is completed; Provide analysis to support purchase tracking and forecasting; Ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards; Identify and report any discrepancies or deviations; Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Profile & Experience: High school diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (experience in a Shared Services environment is a plus); Solid knowledge of invoice validation tools; Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; English (mandatory); French (a plus). Offer Details: Salary: €1, 100 gross/month; Meal Allowance: €8.32/day; Contract: Through Adecco HR; Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30; Workload: 40 hours/week; Work Model: Hybrid; Location: Miraflores, Algés.
