Main Responsibilities:

• Analysing the purchasing needs of different departments, ensuring the correct specification of products, volumes and delivery times.
• Request quotations and negotiate prices, deadlines and commercial conditions with suppliers, in accordance with company policy.
• Collaborating in the selection and assessment of suppliers, ensuring that they comply with the quality standards required by the sector.
• Monitoring the stock level of critical materials, managing replacement orders in good time and minimising the risk of supply failures.
• Collaborating with the logistics sector to ensure efficient delivery of purchased materials and supplies, checking possible alternatives in the event of delays.
• Ensuring that all purchases are made in compliance with local and international sector regulations.
• Generate reports to monitor purchasing indicators (KPIs), such as delivery times, compliance with specifications and costs.
• Document and update internal procedures to ensure traceability and compliance of all purchasing processes.

• Minimum 12th grade education.
• At least 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in multinational companies.
• Knowledge of logistics (purchasing, procurement, stock and warehouse management).
• Knowledge of SAP (preferably MM).
• Knowledge of English and Spanish (intermediate level, essential for communicating with international suppliers).
• Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Good time management and attention to detail, essential for meeting deadlines
• Ability to manage several issues simultaneously and prioritise
• Commitment to the company's compliance policies and standards, and industry regulations.
