Live Analytix is a U. S. based ticket brokering company looking for a highly
- oriented and reliable Purchasing & Inventory Specialist to join our remote team. This is a contractor role for someone based in Portugal or Ireland, ideal for an individual who thrives in a
- paced,
- driven environment, is comfortable working independently, and has the patience to manage repetitive tasks with care.

Your main responsibility will be to purchase event tickets online , while adhering to strict purchasing rules. You’ll also be responsible for keeping accurate records in Google Sheets and coordinating with the team through messaging platforms.

What You’ll Do:

• Purchase event tickets daily following internal procedures and purchasing guidelines
• Carefully track all purchases using internal Google Sheets tools
• Stay compliant with
  - specific rules (e. g. ticket quantity limits, delivery methods, etc. )
• Communicate with team members via messaging platforms
• Occasionally support other administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Located in Portugal or Ireland with availability during U. S. consumer hours (afternoons, evenings, and weekends, Portugal/Ireland time)
• Extremely fast and stable internet and a reliable remote work setup
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Tech-comfortable: Able to navigate multiple websites, platforms, Windows, Mac OS, and online tools (training provided)
• Discreet and professional in handling sensitive company information
• Proficient in spoken and written English

Role Details:

• Type: Independent Contractor / Freelancer
• Hours: Part-time (2–4 hours per day)
• Compensation: $10-15 per hour depending on experience
• Equipment: Company-provided laptop for work use
