Purchasing Business Analyst
Job description:
Reporting to the Procurement & Performance Procure To Pay Process and Project Purchasing Team Leader, the Business Analyst will be in charge of the functional design, implementation, maintenance and the support of the invoice processing platforms and related processes, within the Group. A strong intervention in the One CAPP Deployments will be required, ensuring a proper functional analysis and process design for the Invoice reception/processing in line with Procure to Pay Core Model. The Business Analyst will have also in his scope of responsibility, the new electronic reform projects implementation, this reform proposal comprises various measures, including the gradual introduction of mandatory B2B
- invoicing. From January, 1st 2025, all companies must be able to receive electronic invoices in a structured format, in accordance with the European EN16931 standard.
Main Tasks:
- Ensure proper functional analysis and process design for Invoice treatment on I2P, P2P and O2C processes in line with Procure to Pay Core Model.
- Identify and monitor interdependencies between various application implementation activities and performing the necessary planning
- ups with IT development teams; - Define Test Scenarios, perform the tests and support UAT with business key users;
- Provide functional support to business lines on the right use of the tool, including the production of the necessary functional documentation and conducting training sessions for key users or for other business analysts of the team;
- Change Management
- Assess impact of changes and manage change requests.
- Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes or systems.
- Support training and communication plans.
Technical Skills:
- Degree in Finance / Information Systems / Business Intelligence / Computer Science / Economics / Business Management or similar
- Knowledge of Dematerialization Tools, Readsoft Process Director for Accounts Payable, SAP modules process (MM, SD and Authorizations)
- Knowledge on Project management methodologies is a plus
