We’re looking for a seasoned Backend Engineer to join an agile team and play a key role in designing and maintaining the core services that power its AI-driven platform. You’ll work with modern technologies, contribute directly to improving healthcare delivery, and collaborate closely with Product, Design, and AI teams. Responsibilities- Design and implement backend services in Python (Fast
API preferred)- Build and document clear, reliable REST APIs for web and mobile
- Package and deploy services with Docker, automating deployments to AWS- Design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance in Postgre
SQL- Manage flexible, unstructured data using Mongo
DB- Write tests, add logs and alerts, and monitor system performance and
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact
- Collaborate with
- functional teams (Product, Design, AI) to deliver meaningful improvements every
- Strong professional experience with Python backend development (Fast
API preferred)- Hands-on experience with containerized deployments (Docker) on AWS- Solid database knowledge with Postgre
SQL and Mongo
DB- Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable backend
- Excellent
- solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in agile
- Experience in healthcare or related
- Interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP technologies (no need to be an expert)Role
