About the Role

As a Backend Senior Software Engineer at Gr4vy, you will work on our cloud payments orchestration platform, primarily using Python and Fast
API. You will collaborate with
- functional teams, influence project architecture, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and collaborate across teams.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Work with product managers to deliver value iteratively.
• Ensure operational stability through support and monitoring.
• Set and improve engineering standards.
• Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Python, especially Fast
  API.
• Knowledge of Starlette, asyncio, SQLAlchemy, pytest is a plus.
• Experience writing
  - quality tests and understanding software design principles.
