Python Developer (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

What do you need to have:

1. Hard Skills:

• Previous experience in the insurance industry or related data science projects.
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to
  - technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to rewrite and optimize code for performance in cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
• English proficiency (B2 level) is mandatory.
