Position: Python Developer (M/F) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

Requirements:

Hard Skills:

Experience in the insurance industry or related data science projects.
Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to
- technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Ability to optimize code performance in cloud environments.
Analytical and organizational skills.
Understanding business needs and translating them into IT requirements.
English proficiency (B2 level) is mandatory.
