Python Backend Developer | Hybrid | Lisbon

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid (2x/week at the office)

We’re looking for a Python Backend Developer to join a team driving the development of
- generation AI assistants in areas like helpdesk support, back office, and HR automation.

What Are We Looking For?

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development using Python !!

✅ Solid knowledge of Fast
API or similar frameworks !!

✅ Proficiency in designing and implementing REST APIs and handling data integrations

✅ Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to
- technical stakeholders

✅ Growth mindset and interest in AI technologies and emerging frameworks (e. g. Lang
Chain, Lang
Graph)

✅ Experience working in AI/ML teams is valued

✅ Familiarity with LLMs and cloud environments (preferably Azure ) is a strong plus

✅ English fluency (B2+) !!

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust backend infrastructures for a suite of AI-powered assistants

• Design and optimize APIs , databases, and server logic to ensure secure and scalable performance

• Participate in the continuous evolution of backend systems to support innovation in AI-driven services
