Overview

Software Developer (backend) – Design, build, and maintain the
- end services that power our healthcare platform. You’ll work mainly in Python (Fast
API), running containerised workloads on AWS. Day-to-day tasks include creating and documenting REST APIs, deploying with Docker/Kubernetes, managing data in Postgre
SQL and Mongo
DB, and ensuring security, performance, and uptime for production systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design and code
  - end services in Python (preferred). We are open to talking with Type
  Script-based developers.


• Expose clear REST APIs so web, mobile, and other apps can use developed features.


• Package and run code in containers (Docker) and automate deployments to AWS.


• Work with data: plan tables, write queries, and tune performance in Postgre
  SQL; store flexible data in Mongo
  DB.


• Monitorization: add tests, logs, and alerts; watch performance drops; fix problems before users notice.


• Team up with product owners, designers, and AI team to ship small improvements every week.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years writing production
  - end code (Python preferred).


• Hands-on experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus) and deployments in AWS.


• Solid knowledge of Postgre
  SQL (schemas, indexes, migrations) and working practice with Mongo
  DB.


• Comfortable writing and reviewing tests, setting up continuous integration, and using Git Actions.


• Clear, respectful communicator who likes to share knowledge and receive feedback.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare or other related fields.


• Interest in Large-Language-Models and related NLP technologies (you don’t need to be an expert).
