What are we looking for?

Job Description:

Join a dynamic team as a Python Backend Developer working on scalable and secure
- native systems.

Collaborate across teams to build solutions leveraging AWS , modern backend technologies, and AI integrations.

Work in projects combining monolithic and microservice architectures, with
- driven communication.

Be part of a
- thinking team exploring LLMs , RAGs , and
- based AI systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Python Backend Developer.

Strong knowledge of AWS, including serverless (e. g. , Lambda) and
- serverless services.

Proficiency with AWS SDK v3 (Java
Script) and boto3 (Python).

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools: AWS CDK, Terraform, or similar.

Familiarity with Java or Kotlin.

Experience with relational and No
SQL databases: Postgre
SQL, Dynamo
DB, Elasticsearch.

Basic understanding of frontend technologies, especially React.

Solid knowledge of monolithic and microservice architectures.

Experience with
- driven systems and communication models.

Fluent in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Interest or willingness to work with AI tools, LLMs, and
- based systems.

Nice to Have:

Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.

Familiarity with PHI (Protected Health Information) compliance requirements.

Knowledge of system architecture, especially in
- native,
- driven, or AI-integrated systems.
