We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong experience in Py
Spark to join one of our international projects. This role is fully remote, but the professional must be based in Portugal. Work model: 100% Remote (from Portugal)

Start date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Python and Py
Spark

Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical issues

Work closely with international teams and
- party providers

Write clean,
- documented, and efficient code following best practices

Collaborate on solution design and technical documentation

Participate in the optimization of systems, processes, and data pipelines

Use Airflow for workflow orchestration and Snowflake for complex queries

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in backend development with Python

Strong proficiency in Py
Spark or similar big data frameworks

Solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)

Proficiency in Snowflake and complex SQL queries

Knowledge of Airflow

Fluent in English (min. B2); Portuguese is a plus
