We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our Growth team. You will collaborate with various departments to execute and validate test cases, ensuring products meet quality and usability standards. Your role is crucial in verifying that the finished product is functional,
- friendly, and meets all quality requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans to improve quality by design.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures.
3. Test software products for quality compliance.
4. Identify defects and track issues through resolution.
5. Work with team members to meet quality standards.
6. Document testing results and report defects.
7. Create and maintain testing documentation and tutorials.
8. Report status and quality risks proactively to partners and team, leveraging basic quality metrics.

What you need to have:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
2. Experience testing web software and APIs.
3. Proficiency in test case design, execution, and reporting.
4. Familiarity with tools like Postman, JIRA, Git, Xray, Jenkins.
5. Strong knowledge of software testing principles.
6. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
7. A dynamic, critical thinking mindset.
8. Strong
   - solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
10. Passion for developing impactful systems.
11. Leadership qualities, resilience, and a drive to innovate.
12. Excellent English communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

1. QA certification (e. g. , ISTQB).
2. Experience with usability testing.

Salary range: €22, 566 - €35, 461 annually, including base, variable components, and equity. Compensation is flexible based on skills and experience. We value outlier talent and adjust compensation accordingly. Our titles may span multiple levels, and pay is influenced by market factors. Benefits are included as listed.
