We are looking for a QA Analyst Mainframe for a hybrid project in Porto:
Main Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies for
- based payment systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to gather and clarify requirements, providing insights to improve overall system functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to identify and resolve defects in payment applications.
• Document and report testing outcomes and defects, ensuring all issues are clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in daily
- ups meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and testing priorities with the team in Porto and Paris.
• Utilize automation tools and methodologies where applicable to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain

- date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the banking and payments sector.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies within the team.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, with a strong focus on mainframe systems and payment processing applications.
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with banking and financial services industry standards and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a
- paced,
- functional team environment.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, if required
• Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Good level o French - minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Availability to come to the office 2 days per week.
