About the Role

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience of at least 3 years as a Salesforce Developer.
• Solid knowledge of Apex (classes, triggers, SOQL/SOSL) and Lightning component development (LWC and/or Aura Components).
• Experience with declarative Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules).
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (VS Code with Salesforce Extensions, Salesforce CLI, Workbench).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Attitude: Proactivity, Pragmatism, Self-learning autonomy.

Analytical Skills

• Ability to relate facts and present ideas.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Communication & Teamwork

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
