As a QA Analyst, you will:

• Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for i
  Gaming web games and platforms.
• Identify, document, and track the resolution of bugs and issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of
  - quality products.
• Analyze requirements and specifications to create comprehensive test plans.
• Automate tests whenever possible to increase efficiency.
• Perform regression and performance testing.
• Provide incident support on our API to our customers.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in the position.
• Previous experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (e. g. , k6, Grafana).
• Familiarity with other testing tools (e. g. , Postman or Bruno).
• Strong understanding of SQL.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Daily Tasks:

• Launch game sessions through our API and make bets, validate wallet and game results for multiple deploy environments from development to production in online casinos.
• Write down stress tests for both frontend and backend.
• Make regression tests on games after they are updated and deployed, on custom scenarios.
• Test parallel connections on multiple tabs.
• Close games in the middle of game sessions and check refunds.
• Assist customer support team with any complaints regarding the games
• Check DB records, understand them and give feedback
• Work alongside the develop team in order to comply with requirements from:
• Product
• License
• Certification
• Create internal certification cycle and report every inconsistency the games present.
• Test the games according to a predefined check list
• Redo cycles until no more inconsistencies are found.
• Develop tests for game mathematics:
• Validate and report game RTP
• Assist account managers by validating unexpected values or behaviors from games and/or financial reports.
