What You'll Do
As a QA Engineer, you’ll be part of a
- functional team, working closely with developers, product owners, and Dev
Ops to ensure that our software delivers exceptional performance, usability, and stability.
Your Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated Quality Assurance (QA) tests for complex applications.
Create and maintain test scripts using Java, SQL, Gherkin , and other relevant languages.
Manage defects : create, update, and resolve issues within the defect workflow.
Modify existing automation scripts to align with
- specific needs and configurations.
Mentor and coach team members to promote QA best practices.
Collaborate in Agile Scrum environments and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work with repository tools such as Git, Git
Lab, or Bitbucket.
Utilize quality management tools like Jira or Azure Dev
Ops (ADO) for test management.
Perform manual testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Execute automated regression tests using tools such as Cypress, Appium, and Browser
Stack.
Maintain CI/CD pipelines for QA using Jenkins, ADO, or Git
Hub Actions.
Apply QA standards and best practices, including audits via Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, etc.
Work with IAM test accounts and Vault for secure access management.
Understand and apply SQL commands (DDL and DML) in test scenarios.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience in automated QA testing and scripting.
Hands-on knowledge of Java, SQL, Gherkin, Cypress, Appium , and related tools.
Prior experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality management tools.
Solid understanding of QA best practices, testing standards, and regression testing.
Experience mentoring and coaching QA team members.
Analytical mindset and
- solving skills, with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred).
