The Role

As a QA Automation Engineer at Air Apps, you will be crucial in building and maintaining automated test frameworks and regression test suites to ensure
- quality standards. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to implement testing strategies, increase test coverage, and optimize testing efficiency. Your work will impact the stability, performance, and reliability of our applications across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Create and execute automated regression, functional, performance, and API tests.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and early defect detection.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and report issues.
• Enhance test coverage by identifying critical scenarios and edge cases.
• Define quality standards and best practices with
  - functional teams.
• Stay updated with emerging automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in test automation development.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks (e. g. , Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Java
  Script, or Type
  Script.
• Hands-on API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured, etc. ).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git
  Hub Actions, Git
  Lab CI, Circle
  CI).
• Experience with Git and test management tools (Test
  Rail, Zephyr).
• Understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance/load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.
• Mobile testing experience (i
  OS & Android) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with attention to detail.
