QA Automation Engineer Porto

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer

MAIN TASKS:

• Define and implement the overall test strategy while continuously enhancing testing practices across the project.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts to design, execute, and refine tests, ensuring quality and validating
  - regression scenarios.
• Leverage automation testing tools and coding knowledge to improve efficiency and reliability in the testing process.
• Embrace an Agile mindset, contributing to iterative development and team collaboration.
• Maintain infrastructure and ensure smooth operation of CI/CD tools to support continuous delivery and integration.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Experience in test automation using Java, Selenium, Cucumber (Gherkin), and Katalon (Groovy + Java).
• Experience with version control and collaboration tools such as Git, Bit
  Bucket, and JIRA/Xray.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, SGBD), including validations and command line operations.
• Experience testing web applications (HTML, CSS, Web UI) and troubleshooting issues on Windows environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure, particularly Jenkins and Windows Server.
• Ability to test and validate REST APIs, batch processes, and manage drivers (Windows Driver, Chrome Driver).
• Hybrid role based in Porto.

This is a Mid-Senior level position, and we offer Full-time employment as a Consulting role in the Banking and Financial Services industry.
