QA Engineer Manual, Portugal Lisboa

Overview

Develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories, with a focus on Financial Service Cloud applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and exploratory testing of software applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of Financial Service Cloud features.
• Identify, document, and report defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution, especially for Financial Service Cloud-related issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems, with an emphasis on Financial Service Cloud.
• Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary, particularly for Financial Service Cloud components.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, including Financial Service Cloud functionalities.
• Provide feedback on usability and advocate for the
  - user experience, especially in the context of Financial Service Cloud.

• Set correctly the priority, root cause, and assignee for all reported issues, updating the issue when new relevant information is received, particularly for Financial Service Cloud defects.
• Identify missing information and request clarification, especially regarding Financial Service Cloud requirements.
• Use internal collaborative tools, including All
  Ai, to gather and learn information about the tools, technologies, and testing methods necessary for everyday work, with a focus on Financial Service Cloud.
• Help less experienced QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and attention to detail, particularly in Financial Service Cloud testing.

Qualifications / Required Competencies

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a focus on manual testing of software applications, including Financial Service Cloud.
• Experience in creating and executing detailed manual test cases and test plans, particularly for Financial Service Cloud applications.
• Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including those specific to Financial Service Cloud.
