QA Engineer Manual, Portugal
Overview
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans based on requirements and user stories, with a focus on Financial Service Cloud applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional, regression, integration, UI, and exploratory testing of software applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage of Financial Service Cloud features.
- Identify, document, and report defects in the issue tracking system, collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution, especially for Financial Service Cloud-related issues.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems, with an emphasis on Financial Service Cloud.
- Work closely with the QA automation team to identify test cases for automation and provide manual testing support where necessary, particularly for Financial Service Cloud components.
- Collaborate with

Qualifications / Required Competencies

- Familiarity with software development and QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including those specific to Financial Service Cloud.
