The Role

As a QA Engineer, you’ll ensure Gnosis App quality and reliability through manual testing, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with
- functional teams. While the primary focus is manual and exploratory testing,
- 'll also maintain and enhance Playwright automated tests as Gnosis App evolves. Your contributions will directly improve the experience for thousands of users navigating Web3.

• Perform thorough manual testing across Gnosis App’s platforms (mobile-first PWA and browser) designing structured strategies that consider future use cases.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers throughout the SDLC to define test cases and prioritize quality.
• Gather, organize, and present user feedback from Discord, Slack, and other channels to refine testing strategies and improve product quality.
• Document, report, and track bugs while proactively identifying edge cases and usability issues.
• Maintain and enhance Playwright automated tests, integrating them into CI pipelines as needed.
• Develop health check automations to monitor partner service availability.

Who you are

• 4+ years of experience in manual and exploratory testing, with strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to deliver clear feedback and advocate for quality.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Playwright.
• A proactive team player with a collaborative mindset and the confidence to raise quality concerns.
• Familiarity with Web3 technologies or a passion for blockchain.
• Experience with database setup (Redis) and understanding of database queries is a plus.
