Emagine is currently looking for a QA Engineer (with Tosca expertise) to join a
- term assignment. This is a strategic opportunity to ensure the highest standards of quality within an Agile development environment, focusing on test automation, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement of software delivery. The selected professional will work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, implement, and execute automated test strategies, ensuring alignment between business requirements and software quality.

Your main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test cases using Tricentis Tosca .
• Ensure

  - end quality across applications, data flows, and integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily
  - ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support backlog refinement by identifying quality gaps and risks.
• Document and track defects using tools such as Jira or Rally , and work with developers for timely resolution.
• Validate APIs and message queues using tools such as Postman and Kafka .
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and automation coverage.

You bring:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a QA Engineer in Agile environments (long-term testing experience is a plus).
• Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca for test automation.
• Certifications such as ISTQB Foundation and Tricentis Tosca Automation (AS1 & AS2) are a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Kafka, Jira, Rally, Mantis, HP ALM, and SQL .
• Knowledge of Selenium is a plus.
• Ability to design, execute, and document test plans and test cases clearly.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
