Your Role

As QA Lead – Delivery Structure & Enablement, you'll lead quality and testing for a critical credit platform, driving end‑to‑end practices from requirements to release. You'll collaborate across Dev, QA, BA, and RE roles to embed traceability, scalable test structures, and quality standards that enable sustainable, AI‑ready delivery. You'll lead end‑to‑end quality at our Porto site — building and coaching a strong QA and BA team, while working side by side with the Dev Lead to shape our delivery approach, quality culture, and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA for a regulated credit delivery system (traceability, audit readiness).
• Ensure end‑to‑end quality across specs, tests, handovers, and delivery artefacts – not just testing.
• Develop scalable, reusable QA practices and domain knowledge resources.
• Set up and evolve our QA tooling landscape (e. g. Jira, Confluence, AI).
• Coach and onboard team members across QA, Dev, BA.
• Drive agentic AI readiness and prompt‑based reuse.

Profile

• 5+ years in QA, testing, or structured delivery roles.
• Experience leading or mentoring QA and/ or BA teams.
• Strong experience with Jira, Xray, Confluence.
• Familiarity with regulated delivery environments (e. g. finance, public sector).
• Comfortable coaching across roles and collaborating cross‑functionally.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• ISTQB / IREB certification.
• Experience collaborating across distributed or cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with AI‑supported or prompt‑based testing.
• Background in credit or process‑heavy platforms.
